EDITORIAL –
Shake Off the Dust on Your Destination!
INTRODUCTION
The difficulty of our times is that many are going
through a valley where hope for the future is in danger of delay! Those without an unshakeable assurance of God's providence, despite the
ups and downs of this present rollercoaster ride our communities and
nations are going through, may end up so immersed in the shadow of the
valley that they lose sight of the panorama of the mountain top!
DON'T
REMAIN IN THE SHADE
If you are presently in a valley, don't remain in
the shade; keep going! Don't settle for the foot of the mountain;
peaks were meant to be climbed! A famous mountain climber once was asked
why it was so important for him to climb Mt Everest. His simple but
profound answer was: '...because it is there!' You were not designed to
be a bottom feeder at the lowest level of the food chain. God made you
to 'ascend the Hill of the Lord!"
AVOIDING THE RUST OF DESPAIR!
Faith and trust are a must to avoid the rust of
despair! If you run out of hope, all that remains is hopelessness, which
leads to gloom and doom. Faith is a breath of fresh air for our dreams
and gives us a renewed hope in the future. Trust shakes
off
the dust from our destination and enables us to achieve the destiny that
God wants us to seize and run with!
SHAKE OFF THE DUST!
Today, if you are feeling 'down,' pick yourself up, shake off the dust, and get yourself going again. Don't worry about
any hidden obstacles that might lay ahead. If you let that concern you
too much, you'll never go anywhere! Keep your eyes on the road of your
destiny and don't linger too long looking in the rear view mirror!
Do whatever it takes to keep going forward and
upwards, because you can't rewind a single moment of this life!

All of our
ministry throughout October had a huge impact, according to the many
reports we received.
One highlight was speaking at the
International Coalition of Apostles (ICA) for the second year in a row.
I was a part of a panel addressing "Generational Transition."
"This was my third year at ICA as a guest of Jeff Beacham.
This conference gives me direction. I feel I
advance way beyond my age because of receiving from the top established
apostolic leaders in the world. This year was no exception. I have had a
difficult year (who hasn't), but I feel so refreshed now, focused, and
strengthened in the Lord for the next year to come. I have always had a
desire to be a world-changer. Being aligned with those who are already
changing the world is the key. Thank God for ICA. I look forward, as the
fruit bears witness, to becoming a member of ICA, and being an
instrument of God in the apostolic ministry for many years to come.

Arson Destroys Gettysburg Civil War Chapel!
GETTYSBURG, PA,
Dec. 7, 2010/PRNewswire-USNewswire/ - Four days after the
Gettysburg Log Chapel, a reconstructed Civil War Chapel, burned to
the ground, the Borough of Gettysburg has officially confirmed that
the fire was caused by arson.
"We intend to rebuild what has become known as 'America's Chapel'
with the support of people of faith around the Nation and,
hopefully, the cooperation of the Borough of Gettysburg," said
Hiram Sasser, director of litigation for Liberty Institute.
"While tragic, we also pray that the events of the last several days
will serve as a reminder of the love of Christ and power of faith in
this Christmas season. We are confident that the authorities will
find the responsible parties and bring them to justice."
The Gettysburg Log Chapel burned down at around 3:30 am EST
on Friday morning. The Civil War Chapel, constructed of rough-cut
lumber by John Wega (GenNet member) and his family, was
erected on a vacant lot in 2006 with the necessary permits from the
Borough of Gettysburg. The Chapel originally consisted of a
foundation, two fences, and a tent, and later additions included
stabilizing beams in the roof and eventually a tin roof. In May
2010, months after these additions were complete, the Borough of
Gettysburg sent Wega a letter demanding the removal of the Chapel
for unspecific reasons. Then in July, the Adams County Chamber of
Commerce gave the Chapel a Beautification Award.
"We hope the campaign of harassment and condemnation against the
Gettysburg Chapel will also finally come to an end," said Kelly
Shackelford, President/CEO of Liberty Institute. "Regrettably,
the past hostile attitude toward the Chapel exhibited by some public
officials helped create an atmosphere of hateful license that
contributed to the Chapel's destruction. That is unacceptable."
Just over two weeks ago, Liberty Institute sent a letter to the
Borough on behalf of the Chapel, following the Borough's notice to
vacate. The many supporters of the Civil War Chapel also announced
the launch of a public campaign to help save the Chapel and are
asking people to sign a petition of support and donate to help
rebuild the Chapel.
